Hello! My name is Kaycee McBride, and I am the owner and operator behind Gracefully Gathered Wedding Coordination. As a 2027 bride myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to plan a meaningful wedding while staying within budget. I am a proud Type A bride who genuinely loves planning, organizing, and making sure every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Whether you are feeling stressed, unsure where to begin, or simply need someone to bring all of the moving pieces together, I am here to help. My goal is to give you peace of mind so you can spend less time managing details and more time enjoying your engagement and celebrating your wedding day.

Gracefully Gathered provides personalized wedding-planning support for couples who want to stay organized, confident, and in control of their wedding plans—without the cost of full-service planning.
Along the way, we will stay connected through scheduled phone calls, text support, and ongoing communication, so you always have someone to turn to when questions come up or decisions feel overwhelming.
My goal is simple: to make wedding planning feel less stressful, more organized, and as budget-friendly as possible—so you can have peace of mind and enjoy the day you have worked so hard to create.
Services
The Final Details Package: Your wedding is already booked—now it’s time to bring all of the details together. This package is designed for couples who have booked their vendors, made the major decisions, and simply need help getting everything organized for the final stretch. We’ll start with a 30–60 minute consultation to review your plans, then create a personalized checklist, detailed wedding-day timeline, processional order, vendor contact page. With planning check-ins and a final plan review, you’ll have a clear, organized plan in place and the confidence that every detail is ready for the big day.

The Thoughtfully Planned Package: We help make wedding planning feel less overwhelming by providing personalized support from the first conversation through the final details. We’ll begin with a 30–60 minute consultation to get to know your vision, priorities, style, and budget, then help you research and book vendors, build a realistic budget, and keep every decision organized along the way. You’ll receive customized planning tools including a personalized wedding timeline, organized seating charts, ceremony and reception layouts, processional order, vendor and contact-information pages, and a practical packing list for the wedding day. We can also help create a wedding crest that ties in with your overall theme and design. With multiple phone check-ins throughout the planning process and a final plan review before the big day, you’ll have a clear, organized plan and a trusted resource to help bring everything together.

The Gracefully Planned Package: Our full-service wedding planning and day-of coordination experience, created for couples who want support from the early planning stages through the final send-off. We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, priorities, style, guest experience, and budget, then build a personalized planning timeline to keep every detail on track. From budget creation and payment tracking to vendor recommendations, meeting scheduling, and organized vendor information, we help make the planning process feel clear and manageable. We’ll work alongside you to develop your wedding theme and décor, create inspiration and mood boards, recommend rentals, plan meal and bar selections, organize guest-list details and special accommodations, and bring your ceremony and reception plans to life. As the wedding day approaches, we’ll create a detailed wedding-day timeline, vendor arrival schedule, bridal-party schedule, photography shot list, processional plan, and emergency-kit checklist. We’ll also communicate with vendors, coordinate the final walkthrough and rehearsal, and make sure every moving piece comes together so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration. This package includes all A La Carte services.

Wedding Binder: A fully customized, printed planning resource created specifically for your wedding. It brings all of your important details into one organized place—including timelines, vendor and contact information, checklists, ceremony and reception plans, guest details, and day-of essentials—so you can keep everything at your fingertips throughout the planning process.

Rehearsal Coordination: This ensures everyone knows where to be, when to walk, and what to expect before the wedding day. We’ll guide the ceremony rehearsal, organize the processional and recessional, confirm key responsibilities with the wedding party and family, and answer last-minute questions so your ceremony feels smooth, calm, and well prepared for wedding day.

Seating Chart Organization: I'll create a thoughtful, easy-to-follow seating plan for your guests. We’ll organize your guest list, account for special accommodations and relationships, assign guests to tables, and create a clear final seating chart that supports a comfortable, smooth reception flow.

Booking Vendors: Helps take the stress out of finding the right wedding professionals. We’ll research vendors that fit your vision and budget, help coordinate meetings, compare options, and keep important contracts, deposits, payment dates, and contact information organized as you make your final selections.

To keep services clear and expectations aligned, the following are not included in any Gracefully Gathered package unless specifically added in writing: unlimited texting or phone calls; attending vendor meetings or venue visits; contract negotiation; full décor planning, sourcing, or installation; RSVP collection or management; wedding-day setup or cleanup; running errands; purchasing wedding items on the couple’s behalf; or making, collecting, or remitting payments to vendors. Any additional services requested outside of the selected package may be available for an added fee, subject to availability and a separate written agreement.
